These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and SQB Labs LLC, doing business as SQB Stream ("SQB Stream", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website (sqbstream.com), requesting a free trial, or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
SQB Stream is a sub-brand of SQB Labs LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

SQB Stream provides internet-based television subscription routing services comprising two core components:
Both services are provided under a single subscription plan. Availability of channels and on-demand titles is subject to technical maintenance, regional broadcasting rights, and server routing conditions.
We offer Monthly, 6-Month, and 12-Month subscription durations:
Upon receipt of payment or a trial request, account activation typically takes place within a few hours during support operating hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM GMT). To activate your account, you must provide your device type and accurate MAC address. Failure to provide correct device information may result in activation delays.
Unless specifically noted otherwise, every standard subscription provides one (1) active simultaneous stream tied to the assigned device MAC address or portal credentials. You may not share, resell, restream, retransmit, or publicly broadcast any stream. Simultaneous connections from unauthorized locations will cause automated temporary account suspension.
SQB Stream delivers content to third-party player applications (including Smart STB, STB Emu, ISTB, and MYTV Online). SQB Stream and SQB Labs LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party applications.
Certain third-party applications (such as Smart STB and ISTB) charge independent application licence fees directly to the customer. These charges are separate from your SQB Stream subscription and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SQB Video Club content is provided as an on-demand convenience. We endeavor to add new releases as quickly as possible; however, we do not promise or guarantee specific movie release dates, cinema parity, or the perpetual availability of any individual title. Titles are updated and rotated periodically.
Smooth streaming requires a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25+ Mbps for 4K). You are responsible for maintaining your own equipment, operating system updates, and stable home network connectivity.
Our refund terms are governed by our official Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day technical support guarantee for unresolved technical issues. One-time activation fees are non-refundable once credentials have been issued and activated.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SQB Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the subscription term in dispute.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, subject to applicable statutory consumer protections in your local jurisdiction.
