No. The plan price and the activation fee are the only charges from SQB Stream. We show your full order total upfront before you commit. Please note: third-party app licences (e.g., Smart STB, ISTB) may have separate charges from those app developers — these are unrelated to SQB Stream.
Yes. If you're currently on a shorter-term plan and would like to switch to a longer-term plan, simply contact our support team and we'll assist you with the upgrade. Pro-rated adjustments may apply depending on your remaining plan duration.

Yes. The 12-month plan (and all other plans) can be renewed at any time. Renewal pricing is based on the plan price only — the one-time activation fee is not charged again on subsequent renewals. You'll receive a reminder before your plan expires so you never lose access.
We stand behind our service. If our support team cannot resolve a technical issue with your subscription within 7 days of you reporting it, we'll issue a full refund of your plan cost.
