• Technical & Device Data: Device model/type (e.g., Smart TV, Firestick, Apple TV), unique device MAC addresses provided for portal routing, IP address, browser type, and time zone.
• Order & Billing Data: Order reference IDs, selected subscription plans, transaction timestamps, and payment method selected. Please note: We do NOT collect or store full credit card numbers or banking passwords. All card processing is handled externally by certified payment providers (PayPal and Stripe).
• Communications Data: Messages, support inquiries, and correspondence sent via our contact forms, email, or WhatsApp.
