2. Third-Party Applications & Licences

SQB Stream and SQB Labs LLC are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party application developers.

The applications mentioned across our website and setup guides — including but not limited to Smart STB, STB Emu, ISTB, and MYTV Online — are owned, copyrighted, and maintained by independent third-party software companies. Specifically:

• Smart STB is a third-party application that provides a 7-day trial, after which you must purchase an independent app licence directly from Smart STB. This licence is not included in your SQB Stream subscription.
• ISTB is an independent third-party application with its own separate App Store charges, which are not included in our subscription.
• SQB Stream has no control over third-party app updates, pricing policies, store removals, operating system incompatibilities, or app crashes.

3. Content Availability & Channel Lineup

Channel and Video Club (VOD) availability may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice.

Individual channel streams are dependent on satellite feeds, transponder health, broadcaster schedules, and regional licensing. SQB Stream does not guarantee the continuous availability, audio language, or resolution of any single channel, sporting event, broadcast, or video title. Channels and on-demand titles may be added, reorganized, or removed periodically for server optimization.

4. Trademarks & Intellectual Property Notice

All brand names, channel names, registered trademarks, logos, and service marks that may be referenced in text on this website belong to their respective copyright holders. SQB Stream makes no claim of ownership or official representation of any broadcaster, television network, sporting federation, or media brand. References are made solely for descriptive, informational identification purposes.

5. Internet Connection & Bandwidth

High-quality streaming depends heavily on your local internet connection, your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) peering routes, router performance, and local network traffic. SQB Stream is not responsible for stream degradation, buffering, or outages resulting from customer ISP throttling, network congestion, or sub-standard download speeds.

Under no circumstances shall SQB Labs LLC or its officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, streaming portal, or third-party applications.
