Smart STB Setup
For: LG TV, Samsung TV & other Smart TVs
(Smart STB offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial you must purchase the application licence directly from the app provider. The app licence is NOT included in our subscription price.)
After completing setup, SQB Video Club (VOD movies, series and dramas) will be accessible directly within the same app. No separate login or setup is required.

Install & Open Smart STB
Open the App Store on your Smart TV (LG Content Store, Samsung Smart Hub, or your TV's built-in App Store), search for "Smart STB", install the application, and launch it on your TV.

Accept Terms & Conditions
When the app opens for the first time, read and accept the on-screen Terms and Conditions to proceed to the main setup screen.

Locate QR Code & Send Numbers to Support
On the right side of your screen, you will see a QR code along with a link showing numbers (e.g. smart-stb.tv/1234567890). Copy or take a clear photo of the numbers after the slash (smart-stb.tv/...) and send them to our support team via WhatsApp or email to activate your service.

Restart App or Power Cycle Your TV
Once our support team confirms that your subscription or free trial has been successfully activated, fully close and reopen the Smart STB application. If the service does not load immediately, power off your TV by unplugging the power cable from the wall for 10 to 15 seconds, plug it back in, and relaunch Smart STB. Your 6,000+ live channels and Video Club will start playing automatically!

STB Emu Setup
For: Android TV, Amazon Firestick, Chromecast / Chromestick, Google TV and any device with Google Play Store

Install STB Emu
Open Google Play Store (or your device store), search "STB Emu" and install.

Open Settings → Profiles
Launch the app and add a new profile.

Note your MAC address
The profile settings show your MAC address (copy or write it down).

Send the MAC address to support
Email support@sqbstream.com or WhatsApp us with the MAC address for activation.

Enter the Portal URL
In the profile, set the Portal URL to: [YOUR PORTAL URL] and save.

Restart the app
Restart STB Emu and select your profile. Live TV and Video Club will appear.

ISTB Setup
For: Apple TV, iPhone and iPad
(ISTB is a third-party app and has its own separate charges, which are not included in our subscription.)

Open the Apple App Store on your Apple TV, iPhone or iPad and install "ISTB".
